We use a hosting capacity of 8 X 24U [ fully stacked ] Cabinets, spread equally in 4 Data Center locations in Germany, Chile, United States & South Africa. In layman terms, that's comfortably more than enough capacity to satisfy our and our clients present hosting requirements. Its usage or occupancy is always kept near 65/75% of the total capacity.

Your hosting resources will be provisioned from the closest location to your place of business or from any or all of those data centers when and if your required setup dictates it. Each Data Center provides a state of the art IaaS setup to many hosting service providers [ including ourselves ], are financed, managed and administered by some of the biggest Data Center operators in the world [ Equinix™  - Digital Realty™ - Hetzner™ ] and delivers unparalleled on-site security features and fantastic speeds globally.

Please also note that we are not resellers of any third party hosting providers, and do not offer 'reseller' incentives to anyone. All our hosting infrastructure is dedicated to our customers, managed by us on their behalf, and therefore DIY hosting inquiries will not be entertained.

The one that suits most appropriately your operating needs. The suitability, fame or lack of either, associated with any hosting setup thereof, is in part due to the capacity of the hosting providers to set up and manage those resources [ or unfortunately as in too many cases the lack of it ]. As an end user, taking a decision on any hosting setup suitability all in your own, would be a rather superficial than an appropriate exercise. And in itself, this approach is not uncommon nor necessarily in its entirety wrong.

But do not let it be your own approach. You go to a doctor or a tailor and are not expected to be knowledgeable about the suitability of any procedure or the inner working of a sewing machine. With hosting should not be different. Also, to associate labels such as 'cheap', 'best' or 'the one' to any setup, is simply wrong. We do not offer any of those. And nor do it any respectable hosting service provider.

We do however recommend a suitable setup, only after a careful consideration of your requirements. And those recommendations are not tied to our hosting infrastructure, but rather to anyone out there that meets them.

All Shared, VPS and Cloud Web Hosting plans are provisioned upon the payment of one month term [ 30 Days ]. There are no setup fees and you may cancel any of those plans up to 24 Hours before their renewal date. All content available on your hosting account, website data, database content, emails, would be backed up, and be available to download from your account for 60 days.

Dedicated servers are provisioned and subject to a rigorous SLA for a minimum period of 3 months and a [ per case quoted ] setup fee. Due to the complexity and cost involved to purchase, provision and administer this type of equipment it would not be possible to issue a refund, however you may cancel this service once the quarter period ends.
