Each country on which we operate and offer services to, is served by it's own Accounting and Support departments that are managed and operated independently from each other. Therefore, the hours shown should be interpreted as “local time” representative for each country capital city. At the present those are: BVI, United States, Australia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Romania, South Africa and United Kingdom.
Response time for Technical Support is usually 4 Hours or less depending on the SLA [ Service Level Agreement ] agreed upon. For Accounting enquiries it is ussualy same business day or next business day for request submitted outside business hours.
